We select the best fruits according to the season and squeeze them gently to avoid bitterness from the peel. The freshly squeezed juice is untreated, double filtered and bottled directly. We squeeze the fruit gently and make smaller but frequent PRODUKTERions. This means that the quality of our freshly squeezed juice is extremely high every time. By filtering the freshly squeezed juice twice, resulting in less pulp and a cleaner juice.

Problem solved – from freshly squeezed juice to frozen juice
At BARDJUS, we produce pure and natural freshly squeezed juice without additives or by pasteurization. It also means that the shelf life is short. We found that our customers had a hard time estimating their exact needs for lime juice, lemon juice and ginger juice and therefore expensive juice leftovers often ended up in the trash. Without compromising on the quality of our freshly squeezed juice, the solution after many attempts was to freeze the juice directly after bottling. It sounds simple – it´s not!
Today, our customers order our frozen juices in their estimated quantities for stock and are able to response quickly to an unexpected demand.It has made both shopping and logically easier for our customers, without compromising on the quality of the freshly squeezed juice.
