Dark´n´Juicy

It’s not a popular classic without reason. It’s refreshing and can be enjoyed all year round. We have swapped the ginger beer for BAR DJUS ginger juice and lime juice, making it even more authentic – stormy or juicy. You can always adjust the amount of ginger juice and serve your Dark´n´Juicy exactly as strong as you like.

Ingredients

• 5 cl dark spiced rum
• 1 cl BAR DJUS ginger juice
• 3 cl simple syrup
• 3 cl BAR DJUS lime juice
• 6 cl soda water

Method

Shake the rum, lime juice, ginger juice and simple syrup. Pour the mix into a glass with ice cubes and top with soda water.

Garnish with a slice of dried lemon or lime.
