This allows us to offer organic juice year-round.Freshly pressed juice lasts only 12 days, whereas our frozen juice can be stored for up to 24 months without compromising on taste. A large share of our Our organic lemons are sourced from carefully selected farms, where climate and soil conditions contribute to an intense and natural flavor. We work closely with local growers and carefully select both suppliers and varieties to ensure consistent quality. In addition to delivering fresh, cold-pressed citrus juice, BAR DJUS actively works to reduce waste throughout our value chain. Surplus citrus peels are repurposed in collaboration with local partners - some of whom use the peels in new, functional products. In this way, we maximize the use of our raw materials and take a step in a more responsible direction - without compromising on quality.
