Lemon Pie´tini

Like a dessert in a glass – just with alcohol. The perfect cocktail on a warm summer’s day or when welcoming your guests. The combination of cream, lemon and vanilla gives you a lovely cocktail with a taste reminiscent of koldskål, the classic Danish cold buttermilk dessert.

Ingredients

• 4 cl BAR DJUS lemon juice
• 3 cl simple syrup
• 3 cl cream
• 4 cl limoncello
• 2 cl Licor 43 (vanilla liqueur)
• 1 bar spoon vanilla sugar

Method

Put all the ingredients in the shaker and shake with ice cubes.

Serve in a chilled martini glass with a twist of lemon peel on top.
