By using frozen juice, we can provide organic juice all year long. We carefully pick the best fruits of each season and squeeze them when their flavor is just right. Freezing the juice gives it a shelf life of 12 months. This longer shelf life means you can buy less often, enjoy simpler logistics, and respond quickly to unexpected demand.

BARDJUS is a producer of frozen squeezed citrus juice for cocktails and gastronomy. We are based in Denmark and export our frozen freshly squeezed juice to the European market. Currently we export frozen juice to Sweden, Norway and the Faroe Islands trough our trusted distributors.

JUICE FOR COCKTAILS AND GASTRONOMY
BARDJUS is a Danish company who produces freshly squeezed juice for high-end cocktail bars, restaurants and small and medium-sized producers.
We select the best fruits according to the season and squeeze them gently to avoid bitterness from the peel. The best lemons are from Sicily and we are getting our ginger from Peru. The freshly squeezed juice is untreated, double filtered and bottled directly. We are the specialists in 100% natural and organic lime juice, lemon juice and ginger juice. In season we can also provide pink grape juice. Check out our varieties of freshly squeezed juices further down.
First movers on the frozen juice market
We do not use additives or pasteurize the freshly squeezed juice which also gives a short shelf life on the freshly squeezed juice. Instead we were first movers in freezing the juice.
In 2017, we succeeded in freezing our freshly squeezed juices without compromising on quality. The shelf life of frozen juice increased from 7 days to 12 months.In addition to making purchasing and logistics easier for our customers, we are able to cover a larger geographical area with our frozen freshly squeezed juice.
